Refund Policy
Returns Policy
Our returns policy lasts 30 days. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
Conditions for Return
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it, including the original packaging.
Certain types of goods cannot be returned. Perishable goods, such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines, cannot be returned. Likewise, intimate or sanitary products, hazardous materials, and flammable liquids or gases are not eligible for return.
Additional items not eligible for return:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Certain health and personal care items
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Partial Refunds (if applicable)
In certain situations, only partial refunds are granted:
- Books with obvious signs of use
- Opened CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, audio tapes, or vinyl records
- Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a few days.
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account. Then, contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank, as there is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@cleanxperience.com.
Sale or Promotional Items (if applicable)
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Unfortunately, sale or promotional items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your item for the same product, email us at info@cleanxperience.com and send your item to: 38 Bis Avenue de Geneve, Annecy, Haute-Savoie, 74000, France.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send the refund to the gift giver, who will then be informed of the return.

Return shipping costs are free.
Currency: Refunds and payments are processed in GBP. The amount will automatically be converted into the customer's local currency.
Return Label: A return label is included in the package for your convenience.
Restocking Fees: There are no restocking fees for returned items.
Refund Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 30 days from the date we receive the returned item.
